While at Public Storage his district was in the top 5 of 210 Districts nationwide. Brian is also a turnaround artist. He took over a poor performing IT organization, implemented comprehensive processes and improved both morale and retention in a short amount of time. He is a hands-on manager that builds loyalty throughout his teams by building honest, hard-working, and ambition team members. He believes in building relationships with his clients to sustain a working relationship that is beneficial to everyone.

As principal consultant of Cambri Resources, she coaches individuals, teams, and organizations as they move through the challenges that occur when people work together. By shifting perspectives and shifting behaviors, Debby assists her clients in shifting results.
Debby has worked in the contract furniture field for over 25 years. She has developed programs and workshops to address all aspects of people development. From facilitating workshops focused on effective interpersonal relationships to developing mentoring programs, competency models and succession management plans.
Her introduction to the theory of Emotional Intelligence began in 2014. Since then, Debby has worked with many individuals to help them increase their self-awareness and Emotional Intelligence competencies - where relational reinvention begins.
